The latest report of the world economic forum showed 35-40% increase of the infrastructure investment in India before 2015. This increases the demand for industry ready engineers who are expected to work onsite from day one which insisted our University to introduce a specialised two year Post Graduate Course in Civil engineering with emphasis on Construction Engineering in association with Construction Industry Development Council(CIDC), a Planning Commission, Govt. of India establishment. In this course the students will be trained on various technologies of construction management, design, structural analysis, seismic buildings and many more core areas which will be mainly taught at the CIDC facility and for practical exposures the students will be deputed to various CIDC sights across the country. This enables the students to understand the concepts and makes them to bridge the gap between the theories and their Real Time applications.
